wdtoto Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("the player" or "user") and wdtoto ("the platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the wdtoto website and all associated services including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Game Lobby, the mobile App and any promotional offers. These Terms apply to all registered users and to visitors browsing the platform.

By clicking "Register", completing account creation, making a deposit or placing a bet on wdtoto, you are confirming your unconditional agreement to these Terms. If at any point you do not agree to the terms as they are written, your recourse is to stop using the platform and close your account through our support channel.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must meet the following eligibility requirements to use wdtoto:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You must not be using the platform from a jurisdiction where accessing online betting services is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a wdtoto employee.

wdtoto takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended and all betting activity halted pending verification. Any winnings generated by an under-age account are not payable.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access betting and gaming services on wdtoto, you need to register a free account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination without notice.

One account per player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active wdtoto account. Opening multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — is a violation of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, we reserve the right to close all accounts associated with that individual and void any pending or settled balances from the secondary accounts.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your wdtoto account. Do not share your login details with anyone. wdtoto will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any bets placed or transactions made using your account credentials are your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised them.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact wdtoto support at once. We will investigate and take appropriate security measures, but we cannot be held responsible for losses incurred before you reported the unauthorised access.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on wdtoto are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed directly
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed directly
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from your bank account
• Debit & Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard

Deposits are credited to your wdtoto account once confirmed on our end. Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing using payment methods belonging to third parties is not permitted and may trigger an account review. wdtoto does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on wdtoto, including Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports and any other sports covered on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• wdtoto reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on any market at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, wdtoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account balance.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of markets. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport. In most cases, stakes are returned to your account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and are shown at the time of placement.
• Cricket betting on wdtoto covers international matches, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 tournaments and bilateral series. Match-specific rules apply to outcomes like Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments in rain-affected games.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the event result being confirmed. wdtoto's decision on all bet settlement disputes is final, subject to the review process outlined in our support policy.

6. Casino & Game Lobby Rules

The wdtoto Live Casino and Game Lobby operate under the following conditions:

• All Live Casino games — including Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack — are streamed from professional studios with real dealers. Results are determined by physical processes (cards, wheels) and are not manipulated by wdtoto.
• Game Lobby titles including slots, crash games and instant-win games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are provided by the game supplier.
• Technical malfunctions in any casino game will result in the affected round being voided and stakes returned. wdtoto cannot be held responsible for interrupted sessions caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Playing strategies, systems or patterns do not affect the outcome of RNG-based games. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
• Game availability may vary and certain titles may be restricted or removed from the Game Lobby at any time without prior notice.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

wdtoto offers promotions and bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general conditions below:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the offer details.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, Live Casino tables and specific slots may contribute at different rates. Check the individual promotion terms for the contribution breakdown.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or unplayed bonuses expire within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• One bonus at a time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active on your wdtoto account at any given time.
• Abuse prevention: wdtoto monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing contradictory bets to guarantee outcomes, or any other conduct that is designed to extract value from bonuses rather than use them as intended. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have bonuses voided and may be subject to account closure.

wdtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through platform notifications or the promotions page.

8. Withdrawals

You can request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time through the Cashier section of your wdtoto account. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit as standard practice. If that method is unavailable, alternative arrangements may be made subject to verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within the Cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Before processing a withdrawal, wdtoto may request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or payment method ownership. This is a standard security procedure and is not punitive.
• Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and fully cleared bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

12. Account Termination & Closure

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting wdtoto support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
• Platform-initiated closure: wdtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or presenting unacceptable risk to the platform or other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, balances may be forfeited.
